104. What is Private Space?

Minimaa’s Private Space is a dedicated, hidden vault inside your App Drawer. It is designed for users who need an extra layer of privacy for sensitive applications like banking, healthcare, or private messaging, hiding them from plain sight.

105. Setting a PIN

To start using the Private Space, you must first establish a custom security passcode (PIN).

106. Biometric Unlock

For faster access, you can choose to unlock your Private Space using your device’s biometric authentication (fingerprint or face unlock) instead of typing the PIN every time.

107. Moving Apps to Private Space

To secure an app, long-press its name in the App Drawer to open the Options menu, then select Move to Private Space.

108. Accessing Private Space

Because the vault is intentionally hidden, you access it by swiping horizontally on the main App Drawer interface.

109. Left vs Right Access Mode

You can configure exactly how you enter the vault. Depending on your preference or handedness, you can set the Private Space to open by swiping right or swiping left from the App Drawer.

110. Resetting PIN

If you ever forget your custom passcode or want to change it for security reasons, you can securely reset the PIN from the main Privacy & Security settings menu.
